Last updated: October 8, 2026
Agreement
These terms apply to your use of atlantvanlines.com and to quotes and services requested from Atlant Van Lines Corp. (“Atlant Van Lines”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Our role as a broker
Atlant Van Lines is a household goods broker (USDOT 7524160) and is not a motor carrier. We do not transport household goods. We arrange the transportation of your shipment with FMCSA-authorized interstate carriers and coordinate optional services such as packing, storage, cleaning and light handyman work. The carrier that performs your move is responsible for the transportation of your goods under its bill of lading and tariff.
Quotes and estimates
Prices, distances and delivery windows shown on this website, including in route tools, are general information and approximate. They are not offers or binding estimates. Your price is set out in a written estimate based on your inventory and services. Final carrier charges are based on the carrier’s tariff, your shipment inventory, requested services and route. Carrier tariffs are available for inspection from the carrier upon reasonable request.
Booking, deposits and cancellation
Booking, broker deposits, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Cancellation policy, your written estimate and your booking confirmation.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information about your move, inventory, addresses, dates and access at both homes
- Tell us about changes as soon as possible; changes can affect price and delivery windows
- Do not ship hazardous, perishable or prohibited items, and keep valuables, documents and medication with you
- Review your estimate, order for service, inventory and bill of lading before you sign
Liability and claims
Liability for loss of or damage to your goods during transportation rests with the carrier under the liability option you select and federal rules. Claims for loss or damage must be filed in writing with the carrier. We will help you with the process. Your rights are described in the FMCSA booklet “Your Rights and Responsibilities When You Move”.
Full-service work
Cleaning and light handyman services are scheduled by Atlant Van Lines and performed by vetted local crews. The scope of work is described in your estimate. Please report any concern about this work within 48 hours after the visit.
Communications
By submitting your contact information, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email and text message about your quote and move. Text messages are covered by our SMS terms. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.

All content on this website, including text, design, graphics and logos, belongs to Atlant Van Lines or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Links to third-party websites, such as FMCSA, are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Governing law
